What’s your best health tip.  A new study by a promi­nent UK hos­pi­tal finds that 36 is the aver­age age at which adults stop ignor­ing health warn­ings or indulging in unhealthy habits, with a third of those stud­ied claim­ing they were 36 when they first expe­ri­enced a seri­ous health scare or first wit­nessed a rel­a­tive falling ill. Other com­mon “wake-up calls” that fac­tored promi­nently into people’s deci­sions to get healthy included a death in the fam­ily, unflat­ter­ing pic­tures of them­selves and stern warn­ings from doc­tors.  What health tip would you share with Classy lis­ten­ers?  Tell us here and 6:45 tomor­row morning.
