What’s your best health tip.  A new study by a prominent UK hospital finds that 36 is the average age at which adults stop ignoring health warnings or indulging in unhealthy habits, with a third of those studied claiming they were 36 when they first experienced a serious health scare or first witnessed a relative falling ill. Other common “wake-up calls” that factored prominently into people’s decisions to get healthy included a death in the family, unflattering pictures of themselves and stern warnings from doctors.  What health tip would you share with Classy listeners?  Tell us here and 6:45 tomorrow morning.
