What’s your diet secret?  How do you stay on track?  I fell off the wagon yes­ter­day.  OK, I jumped and then ran quickly in the other direc­tion.
It’s that time of year, I think most of us would like to be healthier.

Some peo­ple say drink­ing lots of water makes you feel full. Oth­ers say that you need to cheat at least once a week, it’s impos­si­ble to be good all week long.
