Mike & Liza's Marriage Ref: Is It The Bathroom Or The Library

Dear Mike and Liza:

We have been married for 6 years.
I thought I made it clear pretty quickly after our wedding that magazines and other reading material could not be stored in the bathroom.
Within the last month I’ve found a couple of car & truck or fishing magazines thrown on the back of the toilet and I threw them away. As predicted, The “Hub” asked me if I’d seen his magazines and I told them where they were. I tried to compromise. If you bring them in there. You bring them out. But he argues, “why can’t I just leave them in there for the next time?“
You make the call. Should he be allowed to leave his reading material on the back of the toilet, or are they untidy, unsanitary and unsightly?
