Dear Mike & Liza,
My wife will turn 40 in two years and she’s already freaking out. Every day she looks in the mirror, sighs and says something self deprecating about her crows feet or smile lines or freckles. Of course I think she’s beautiful and I tell her that every day.
I’m getting frustrated with her bad attitude about aging and it’s making it harder to boost her spirits.
Can you come up with some things that are good about aging so maybe she can start to look on the bright side? Isn’t 40 the new 30 or something like that?
