Dear Mike & Liza,

My wife and I have been mar­ried for 24 years.  I don’t think I’ve ever given any input on fur­ni­ture, cur­tains, tow­els or bed­ding in our mar­ried life – but my wife has always made choices that I like or can live with.  I came home last week and found out she bought a new bed­spread for our room.  No!  I am not sleep­ing in this bed.  She says it’s pretty.  I say it’s ridicu­lous.  You make the call.
